Joel Kane, CPA
Joel has extensive financial management experience with Fortune 500 and the "Big-4" accounting firms to entrepreneur-driven start-ups. He has served as CFO, controller and finance manager and led major consulting engagements for companies including JC Penney, KP Miller Growth Funds, Dr. Pepper Bottling and Consolidated Federal Bank, FSB, while with KPMG. Joel served as president of Financial Management Solutions, Inc., a Dallas accounting firm. Joel also served as president of Worldwide Resources, Inc., a technical staffing firm and was a partner with Consulting Solutions, Inc., an IT and Internet software product development firm. Gene Sumrall, CPA
Gene Sumrall is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas. He is a member of the American Society of CPAs, the Texas Society of CPAs and the Dallas Chapter of CPAs. Gene's experience spans more than 20 years of professional background. Gene has worked with several CPA firms whose focus has been on small to medium sized companies. Gene is an educator that prides himself on an being an informed client. Gene has a Bachelors degree from Sam Houston State University and a CPA certificate from the State of Texas. Gene has taught CPA candidates in the largest CPA review course in America for five years. Jonathan G. Blacketer
Jonathan focuses on the areas of client write-up, tax preparation and small business consulting. He graduated from The University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelors Degree in Economics and Finance.
